  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 Cup Water warm
  • 1/4 Cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Pizza

  • 2 Pre-made Medium Pizza Crusts
  • 1 Cup Marinara / Pizza Sauce divided
  • 2 Cups Colby Jack Cheese divided
  • 1 Cup Dill Pickle Slices divided
  • 2 Cups Breaded Chicken Tenders defrosted & divided

Instructions

For the Chicken

  • In a medium-size Ziplock bag, mix 1 tbsp of cayenne, 1 1/2 tbsps brown sugar, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt. Set to the side.
  • In a medium-size bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of warm water, 1/4 cup of Franks, and 2 tbsp of honey. Set to the side.
  • Defrost and chop up two cups of breaded chicken tenders. After this, add all the chicken to the Franks mixture and stir to coat. Next, pour the chicken in a strainer to drain all the Franks and then pour the chicken into the Ziplock bag with the Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning. Shake until the chicken is covered. Set to the side.

Assemble

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place the two crusts on baking sheets, or pizza pans.
  • Start by spreading at least a 1/2 cup of marinara over the top of each of the crusts, more if you like your pizza saucy! Next, cover each pizza with at least one cup of shredded Colby jack cheese. Follow this with one cup of each of the Nashville Hot Chicken pieces, and finish off with a 1/2 cup of pickle slices.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is nice and melted!
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your face melting off lol (but really only in the most delicious way possible!)
