Easy Brisket Pretzel Bun Sliders

- 1 Sadler's Smokehouse Beef Brisket pre-cooked
- 1 bag Coleslaw Mix
- 1 Bunch Radishes
- 1 English Cucumber
Horseradish Aioli
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Horseradish premade, add less if you don't like spicy
- 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Horseradish Aioli
Mix the mayo, horseradish, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, and pinch of salt in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Sandwich Toppings
Wash and thinly slice the radishes. Rinse and thinly slice the English cucumber. Pour the Coleslaw mix into a bowl. Slice the pretzel buns.
